Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Silver Sneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. There is NO cardio component included in this class. (50 minute class)
Golden Gym Shoes
Increase your cardiovascular and muscular strength & endurance with a standing circuit workout. A chair is provided for support, stretching and core strength exercises. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used in addition to non-impact aerobic choreography. (55 minute class)
SilverSneakers III – CardioFit
This advanced group exercise class is designed for active older adults who desire a safe & effective low-impact cardiovascular workout. Energizing and easy-to-follow movements promote heart-healthy, total-body conditioning to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. In addition, a variety of strength training options using hand-held weights will be offered to provide a well-rounded workout. * NO CHAIRS are used in this class.
Resistance training, Core & Cardio – three dynamic components are packed into one 45-minute class. Pure strength training, exhausting core movements, exercises that encourage balance & coordination, plus cardio bursts come together for the total cross-training effect.

A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. You can expect to perform 5 timed exercises, repeated 6 times, followed by a core segment to provide you with a total body workout in just 50-minutes.

Build muscular strength & endurance, burn calories & blast fat in this explosive strength and cardio combination class! This is a high-intensity 50 minute class designed to make you sweat.
