Safety Guidelines
You will be Required to complete the Liability Waiver for All Players, Coaches and Spectators the first time you enter the facility
You will be Required to complete the Health Screening Checklist every time you enter the faciility for All Players, Coaches and Spectators
PLAYERS, OFFICIALS & COACHES
Anyone with symptoms such as (fever, cough, problems breathing etc.) is asked to stay home.
All Players, Officials and Coaches will have their temperature checked prior to entry into the facility for all games. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted into the facility.
All Officials and Coaches must complete the Sports of All Sorts Waiver prior to first practice or game.
Masks must be worn by all Players, Officials and Coaches when entering the facility and remain on until they step onto the court and become active in warmups for practice or game.
Masks may be removed by Players, Officials and Coaches while engaged in active play on the court. At any time a player is not actively participating, they must sit on the bench with their mask on.
Only the head coach may remove his mask during active play so that he can give instructions to his/her players.
Practice times are listed on our web site as well as the coaches will notify all players and parents. We request that no parents be in the building for practice however we will allow 1 parent per player if necessary.
Games – Each player is allowed up to (3 adults per player).
Players & Coaches will be permitted into the facility 15 minutes before training or game time and must remain in their own area until being able to step onto the floor and begin warmups.
No Handshakes, high fives etc. AT ANY TIME due to COVID however we strongly encourage each team to DISPLAY GOOD SPORTMANSHIP from their own player’s bench area.
Teams are to leave the court/facility immediately after your game so that areas can be disinfected and cleaned.
Make sure that your team picks up all trash (i.e. water and Gatorade bottles) before leaving court.
SPECTATORS
Anyone with symptoms such as (fever, cough, problems breathing etc.) MUST stay home. All Spectators must complete the Sports of All Sorts Waiver prior to first training and/or scrimmage.
ONLY (3) Adult spectators per player are permitted into the facility at this time for all games. There is no limit on children entering as long as they remain with a parent.
All Spectators will have their temperature checked prior to entry into the facility for all games. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted into the facility.
Masks must be worn by all Spectators when entering the facility and remain on throughout their time in the facility.
Spectators are required to bring their own chair. All Chairs must be foldable and have rubber feet to not damage the floors inside the facility.
Spectators will be allowed in 10 minutes prior to game time.
Spectators are to leave the facility immediately after your game so that areas can be disinfected and cleaned.
STAFF
All Staff will have their temperature checked prior to entry into the facility.
Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted into the facility.
All Staff must complete the Sports of All Sorts Waiver.
Mask must be worn by all Staff at all times. Any Staff working concession must also wear gloves.
FACILITIES
There will be barriers set up to direct players, coaches, official’s and spectators to their allocated court throughout the facility on entering and exiting the facility.
Concessions will be open with limited options for purchase.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS permitted. (players may bring in water or Gatorade)
Courts and other high touch areas will be sanitized after each practice and game
