REFEREE FEES ARE $35 PER GAME
ADMISSION WILL NOW BE CHARGED FOR ALL SPECTATORS.
LEAGUE SCHEDULE: You will need to check our web site every Wednesday after 6 p.m. for possible changes/cancellations for the coming week’s game. It is however, not our policy to reschedule games except due to facility issues or weather.
The first game will require that all teams fill out the team roster. A player can be added to your team at any time. But, only those listed on your roster are approved to play during the tournament.
- Division Structure
Men’s Open
Participation and Eligibility within Sports of All Sorts Participation of a player or Captain in SOAS Basketball program will not be permitted if they or their family have any outstanding obligations to the organization.
- Uniforms
All Teams should have a light colored and a dark colored t-shirt with them for each game. It would be great if everyone has numbers on them. Sports of All Sorts can also order shirts for you at $15.00 each if a team would like us to do so. - Season Duration: The regular playing season will consist of a minimum of a 10 game schedule
- Forfeits/Postponements
A minimum of four men is required for an official game to start. Less than four players will constitute a forfeit. However, a team must have its fifth man to start the second half or the game will be considered a forfeit.
There will be a three-minute grace period, from scheduled game time, for all games. Players must be on the court, dressed in uniform and ready to play within this time or else the game will be forfeited.
IF A TEAM FORFEITS, THERE WILL BE A $70.00 CHARGE THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE NEXT GAME OTHERWISE THE TEAM IN QUESTION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LEAGUE.

- League Play
Rules not mentioned in this document will be governed by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association Rules.
The game will consist of two (20) minute halves.
The clock will run continually except during the last two (2) minutes of the second half except in cases where a team is up by fifteen (15) or more points, the clock will not stop. During these times, the clock will stop on the official’’ whistle. If at any point in time the score is less than 15, the stop clock will be reinstated.
Two minutes will be given between halves and 1 minute will be given for time outs.
Overtime will be 2 minutes in length, with the last minute stop clock. Free throws will be shot during all overtime play. No automatic points will be awarded.
Each team will be allowed three (3) time outs per game. A team cannot exceed three (3) time outs at any time. This includes any Overtime periods.
- Technical Fouls:
All technical fouls will consist of 2 points and the ball awarded out of bounds. Technical fouls will no longer be shot from the free throw line.
If a player receives one (1) technical foul during a game, that player is removed from the remainder of that game.
If a player receives 3 technical fouls during the course of the season, that player will be removed from the league. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
If a player shows any act of aggression (fighting) towards another player, physical contact or extreme verbal abuse of an official or the acts of vandalism towards the facility, they will be removed from the remainder of the season. A longer suspension may be invoked as well as legal action if the situation warrants.
IF A PLAYER RECEIVES A TECHNICAL FOUL, THEY MUST PAY A $30.00 FEE BEFORE THE NEXT GAME OTHERWISE THE PLAYER IN QUESTION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LEAGUE.
